STRUCTURE

Reinforced concrete structures with supports and reticular forgery.

FAÇADE

Façade realized with a mono-layer mortar, thermal and acoustic insulation according to the norms. (NBE CT-79 and CA-88)

EXTERIOR CARPENTRY

Formed by a mono-block consisting of a window and aluminum shades, sliding type with normalized European profile and double “climalit” type insulation.

INTERIOR CARPENTRY

Shielded entrance door, anti-drill security lock and anti-lever hinges.
Interior carpentry veneered with Oak.
Fitted closets with sliding doors, interior attic, hanging bar and drawers.

PAVINGS:

High quality earthenware paving in the house.
High quality ceramic tiled floors in the kitchen and bathrooms.
Granite paving in stairs and hallway.

ROOFS:

False plaster roof in the kitchen and bathrooms.

PAINTS:

Smooth plastic paint in the house’s adornments and stairs. Colors to be determined by the D.F.

KITCHEN:

Furnished kitchen with tall and short furniture, equipped with a glass-ceramic sheet, oven, smoke extractor, sink and connections for the installation of a dishwasher and a washing machine.

PLUMBING:

Plumbing installation made of reticular polyethylene with copper through it. Hot water by means of an electrical heater. Pressure group and water reserve deposit.

BATHROOMS

“Roca or Gala” bathroom fittings made of vitrified white porcelain with mixing taps and enamel plate bathtub.

HEATING AND AIR CONDITIONED:

Installation for air conditioning by means of a hot-clod bomb.

OTHER INSTALLATIONS:

Telecommunications installation, consisting of: telephone connection, terrestrial TV, satellite and cable TV in the main hall, kitchen and bedrooms. Parabolic antenna oriented to the ASTRA satellite.
Electrical installation according to the new Low Tension Electro-technical Regulation with “Simon” mechanisms or similar.
Elevators for up to 6 people, one of them covering the course between the garages and all the floors, with security telephone connected to the Help central.
