COMMUNAL AREAS. HOUSING ESTATE

  • Private housing estate with a protective fence.

  • Children and adults SWIMMING POOL.

  • An attached building that includes: a storeroom for gardening tools, a technical room for filtering and cleaning the water of the swimming pools, a GYM, dressing rooms, and SAUNAS for women and men.

STRUCTURE

  • Reinforced concrete structure, with waffled slabs.

EXTERIOR WALL

  • Ground floor with FACING BRICK and the remaining floors with a compound of ceramic hollow bricks with one-coat mortar revetment. Ceramic brick cladding creating an internal chamber in the floors of the houses, with thermal and sound insulation.

PARTITIONING AND COVERINGS

  • Separation between the houses and communal elements with perforated bricks. Internal partition with ceramic and hollow bricks.

  • Tiled walls from the floor to the ceiling in the bathrooms and kitchen.

  • Plaster skimming inside the rest of the house.

  • Plastic paintwork with a fine gotele finish on the walls and ceilings.

INSTALLATIONS

  • Complete installation of cold and hot water with copper piping system and PVC drainpipes. Electronic devices from "SIMÓN" or similar.

  • Installation of telephone, TV and satellite dish sockets in the Living-room and Bedrooms.

  • Installation of entrance intercom with video-camera and image receiver in the pedestrian access to the housing estate. Pre-installation of AIR CONDITIONING.

  • Lifts with automatic doors and cabins, which go to parking basement. Pre-installation in the communal areas of a decalcifier, in the storeroom.

FLOOR AND CEILING COVERINGS

  • Stoneware flooring and skirting board on the entire house.

  • Removable ceiling in the bathroom (in order to install the air conditioning machine). Plain scagliola false ceiling.

CARPENTRY

  • Exterior carpentry: White lacquered aluminium with transparent double glazing with an interior air chamber. Aluminium shutters.

  • Interior carpentry: Varnished doors in PINE finish. Built-in wardrobes, with painted internal walls, with tiles and a long hang. Reinforced entrance door.

KITCHEN AND GALLERY

  • Kitchen furniture with a laminated finish or similar, high and low level cupboards. Spanish granite supporting frames.

  • Ceramic hob, extractor hood and electric furnace.

  • "INOX" single bowl single drain sink.

  • Mixer taps in the kitchen sink from "Roca", model "Monodia" or similar.

  • In the gallery: Water inlet and outlet for a washing-machine, porcelain sink with monoblock taps.

  • Electric storage water heater of 50 litres.

BATHROOM FITTINGS AND TAPS

  • Toilet and bidet, model "DAMA" or similar.

  • Chromium-plated mixer taps from "Roca", model "MONODIN" or similar. Shower tray from "Roca" or similar.

  • Acrylic bathtub from "Roca", model "GENOVA" or similar.

OPTIONS

  • Complete installation of air conditioning.
