How to do a search?
To carry on a successful search on our database, you should first indicate to our search engine a few parameters by filling out our form.
The parameters that you will enter are always
Restrictive. That is, that they limit the search to the parameters entered. (Like for example, if you select a
FLAT as the Type of House, the result of the search will exclude all properties that are
NOT Flats).
The parameters get added to the ones previously entered, so, if in addition to
Type: FLAT, you select the parameter for City: El CAMPELLO, then the final list will only show the flats located in El Campello.
Therefore, if you leave in the parameters the default content:
"All" and then you click on the button [Search] the resulting list will show all the properties on sale in our database.
There is a field in the form that excludes all the other ones, and that is the field for the reference number of a specific property. So, if you enter this number the result will be only the specifications of the desired property.

How can I see the specifications of a property?
Once you have received the list of properties that we have in the database and that fulfil each one of the requirements entered in the parameters, you can see only a small part of the information that is available in the specifications report of each one of the properties. In this list you will see:

-
The reference number.
-
The type of property.
-
The city.
-
The address or area where it is located.
-
The surface in square meters.
-
The number of bedrooms.
-
The number of bathrooms and toilets.
-
The price in Euros and Pesetas.
These data are already enough for you to decide whether you are interested in looking it up in depth, if that is the case you have to click on the desired reference number and it will take you to the specifications of that property. But, before that, if you are surfing the net through Internet Explorer or another compatible browser and you keep the mouse pointer positioned on the reference number, a notice board with more characteristics of the property will appear.

How can I arrange the lists resulting from a search with other parameters?
The list, by default, is arranged by the reference numbers, from the smallest to the biggest number. But, as a search can provide lists with many properties, you shall create a different order criteria that shall help you to select what you are looking for. So that, if for example, you are looking for a flat in El Campello with a minimum of 3 bedrooms, it will be helpful for you to arrange the list by the number of bedrooms, from the ones with more to the ones with fewer bedrooms.
To achieve this, the only thing you have to do is click on the arrow icons placed next to the column you want to arrange.
You will notice that there is an arrow pointing upward, that will order the column from the lesser to the greater, and there is another arrow pointing downward, that will order it from the greater to the lesser. The colour red on the arrow indicates that the list has already been arranged.

How can I enlarge the photos?
If you click on the thumb captures a photo of 800 x 600 pixels will open.

How can I print the real property data that appear in the specifications? If you wish to do so, you can print all the data that appear in the specifications, as well as the first photo, by clicking on the word "print" that is located under the thumb captures. To do so, you shall have a pair of DIN-A4 paper sheets on your printer.
